Alexami Set To Launch in Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg!
We are excited to announce the upcoming launch of the Alexami Benelux. Alexami Cosmetics, is set to further expand the distribution of its professional quality mineral makeup and cosmetic products. Currently stocked through spa and beauty salon outlets across Australia, South Korea, and Slovenia, we will be officially launching in the European countries of Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg in October 2011. "The official launch will happen on the Beauty and Wellness Expo in Belgium in October, where Alexami Benelux will have a booth.

Price Change for bulk powders – Discontinuing Refills
We are discontinuing refills for all 20g Net Wt powders. Why? As a company with an environmentally friendly policy we haven’t made this decision lightly but we had to listen the market. Our bulk size is already one of the largest therefore eco friendly but due to some regulation in regards with packaging we wouldn’t save much on environment so we decided not to invest in further packaging for refills and decide to invest in new and even more innovative products. We listened the market again! Due to that reason we reduced prices of our large size powders down to the prices of refills, some even lower which means even better value!

Introducing Perfect Puff Minerals - For Women on the Go!
Due to popular demand, our new go-anywhere Perfect Puff Minerals range is finally arriving in-store in May 2011.
Many Alexami fans had requested smaller-sized mineral powders in compact packaging designed to snugly fit in purses and makeup bags. We listened and created Perfect Puff Minerals for you!
Perfect Puff Minerals consists of our gorgeous semi-matte mineral foundation powder formula in 5 colours. We also added two new lighter shades of foundation powder to satisfy very pale skin tones -bisque and sand, and new mineral blush in two vibrant pink shades - coral pink and candy pink.
Each Perfect Puff Minerals product comes with an applicator sponge that diffuses powder using a complex series of holes across its extra porous high-quality sponge tip for an ultra-light finish. Say goodbye to blotchiness and hello to a more natural finish.

Exciting news - we have recently appointed the new face of Alexami.
Our search for a naturally beautiful Australian model to represent the Alexami brand across our 2011/12 campaigns has concluded. We're proud to introduce Julia, a local professional model who will represent alexami brand nationally and internationally.
Alexami Cosmetics to donate to Flood Relief Appeal
Queensland's extreme, rainy weather conditions over the past weeks are just extraordinary. Many homes and businesses have been affected by one of the worst flooding in QLD after 1974. We can only imagine the difficulties the Queensland flood victims are going through. Our hearts are with them and wishing them all a fast recovery. Alexami Cosmetics is jumping on the humanity bandwagon by announcing Alexami will donate $1 from every product sold to the Queensland Flood Relief Appeal during January 2011.

Natural and organic cosmetics are becoming increasingly popular in emerging markets with consumers becoming more sophisticated and willing to spend on non-essential items.
Alexami have reported that South Korea have recently experienced several safety-related scandals in the beauty and personal care industry, which has resulted in heightened consumer awareness of product safety and increased demand for natural and organic products.
Culturally, many Asian women are already familiar with natural ingredients from traditional medicine and these ingredients perceived to enhance beauty without harmful side effects, and thus natural products continue to appeal to the Asian market.

Their premium range of mineral makeup and natural cosmetics with ecologically sound packaging is stocked exclusively through spa and beauty industry outlets in Australia, but will expand on this to include other stores in Slovenia.
